Простейшая закуска из овощей и сыра подойдет как легкий летний перекус или же аперитив к более сытному ужину. Берите молодые баклажаны с тонкой темной шкуркой - в них нет семечек и горечи. Если планируете подавать закуску из баклажанов в первой половине дня, не используйте чеснок.

  • баклажаны - 2 средних
  • помидоры - 2-3 небольших
  • чеснок - 1-2 зубца
  • твердый сыр - 20-30 г
  • соль
  • растительное масло

Пошаговый рецепт приготовления

    Шаг 1 Баклажаны вымыть, отрезать "попки", нарезать шайбочками толщиной 2-3 мм.

    Шаг 2 Кругляши баклажанов выложить в тарелку, посолить. Если баклажаны горчат, залейте нарезанные овощи холодной подсоленной водой и оставьте на 20 минут.

    Шаг 7 Последний штрих - тертый сыр.

    Шаг 8 Запекайте баклажаны с помидорами и сыром в микроволновке до полного таяния сыра - около 2 минут при 600 Вт.
