Закуска из баклажанов, помидоров и сыра 10 июля 2012
Простейшая закуска из овощей и сыра подойдет как легкий летний перекус или же аперитив к более сытному ужину. Берите молодые баклажаны с тонкой темной шкуркой - в них нет семечек и горечи. Если планируете подавать закуску из баклажанов в первой половине дня, не используйте чеснок.

Ингредиенты
- баклажаны - 2 средних
- помидоры - 2-3 небольших
- чеснок - 1-2 зубца
- твердый сыр - 20-30 г
- соль
- растительное масло

Пошаговый рецепт приготовления

Баклажаны вымыть, отрезать "попки", нарезать шайбочками толщиной 2-3 мм.

Кругляши баклажанов выложить в тарелку, посолить. Если баклажаны горчат, залейте нарезанные овощи холодной подсоленной водой и оставьте на 20 минут.

Помидоры нарезать тонкими 2-3 мм кружочками.

Баклажаны поджарить на растительном масле с двух сторон до приобретения ими слегка коричневатого цвета.

Выкладываем жаренные баклажаны в блюдо для микроволновки. На каждый кружок положите немного чеснока, пропущенного через чеснокодавку (по вкусу).

Сверху выкладываем кружочки помидор.

Последний штрих - тертый сыр.

Запекайте баклажаны с помидорами и сыром в микроволновке до полного таяния сыра - около 2 минут при 600 Вт.
